Welsh Grass Fed Beef Topside Joint

Welsh Grass Fed Beef Topside Joint

Our Welsh Grass Fed Beef Sirloin roasting Joint is a premium cut that offers a delightful combination of tenderness and rich flavour. This cut is right next to the fillet in terms of tenderness but boasts a deeper flavor and is more affordable. Lightly marbled with a thin strip of fat on top, the fat melts during roasting, ensuring the meat stays juicy and doesn't dry out. This makes it an excellent choice for roasting, providing a succulent, melt-in-the-mouth texture that enhances any meal.

Sourced from cattle raised and reared in Wales, this sirloin joint benefits from a natural, grass-fed diet which enhances the meat’s texture and taste. The grass-fed diet not only contributes to a richer flavor but also provides a higher concentration of beneficial nutrients, such as omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants. Choosing our Welsh Grass Fed Beef Sirloin Joint means supporting sustainable farming practices. Grass-fed beef is higher in beneficial nutrients, such as omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants.

Perfect for a family roast or a special dinner, our sirloin joint is prepared boned and rolled, making it easy to carve with virtually no waste. The rich flavor and impressive texture make it a standout choice for festive gatherings or Sunday roasts.

Your order will be delivered in a specially designed Stay-Chilled insulated box, ensuring that your products remain frozen through its journey. An unopened package is rigorously tested to maintain its chill for up to 36 hours, guaranteeing the perfect condition of your meats upon arrival.

Dry Ice

We use dry ice in our packaging to ensure that your meat arrives in peak condition. This dry ice is made from recovered CO2 from fertilizer and bioethanol production processes. By using it, we avoid the need for additional electrical refrigeration during transit, allowing you to enjoy the freshest meat with a reduced environmental impact.

Disposal Of Dry Ice

Dry ice sublimates, leaving no residue. However, care should be taken if any surplus ice remains after use.

ALWAYS ensure that dry ice is disposed of in a safe place:

  • Well-ventilated area
  • Secured against access to passers-by, especially children and animals

DO NOT dispose of dry ice in areas where CO2 gas can collect in low-lying spaces such as garage pits, drains, or confined areas.

Any leftover packaging should be disposed of with care and recycled wherever possible.

With Butchery Bocs, scheduling your delivery is easy and convenient, allowing you to enjoy delicious meats on your terms.
