Returns Policy
At Butchery Bocs Limited, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality meat products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of the perishable goods we sell, we do not offer returns on any of our products. However, we stand behind the quality of our products, and customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Refunds
In the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review your case on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund if the product does not meet our quality standards or if there are any issues with your order.
To request a refund, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos demonstrating the problem, if applicable
Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider's policies. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Wrongly Supplied Products
If any items incorrectly supplied, please inform us within 24 hours from the date of the goods received. We will issue a refund of the value of the product to the same payment card as used to place the order. We will require photographic evidence of the wrongly supplied product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
