Butchery Bocs Christmas Delivery Policy
We’re excited to offer our festive delivery service to ensure you have the freshest meats for your holiday feast. Here’s everything you need to know:
Christmas Order:
When placing an order that includes Christmas meat, please ensure it is placed separately from any regular meat orders. If both Christmas and regular meat are included in the same order, all items will be delivered together on your designated Christmas delivery date. If you require regular meat earlier, we kindly ask you to place a separate order for those items. This ensures your regular meat is delivered as needed, without affecting your Christmas delivery.
Delivery Dates:
We will be delivering your Christmas orders on the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd of December. Please make sure to select your preferred delivery date at checkout.
Order Cut-Off Date:
The cut-off date for placing Christmas orders is the 10th of December.
Delivery Requirements:
It is important that someone is available to accept your delivery on the selected date, as our meat boxes cannot be returned to the depot. If no one is home, your delivery will be left in a safe place or with a neighbor.
Delivery Conditions:
Your Christmas meats will be delivered in insulated boxes with ice packs to keep them fresh. We recommend storing them appropriately upon receipt to maintain freshness and quality.
