Delivery Times: Our deliveries are typically made between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm on weekdays. For weekend deliveries, expect your order to arrive between 7:00 am and 1:00 pm on Saturday.
Delivery Days: We offer delivery services on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to accommodate your schedule and ensure your meats arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.
Delivery Exclusions: Please note that we do not offer delivery services to Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isle of Scilly at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Free Delivery Terms and Conditions:
Orders eligible for free delivery must meet a minimum spend threshold of £150 after any discounts or promotions have been applied. Scheduling your delivery
At Butchery Bocs, we understand the importance of flexibility when it comes to delivery. Here's how you can schedule your delivery to fit your needs:
You have the freedom to select a delivery day in advance between Thursday and Sunday, giving you control over when your order arrives.
To ensure prompt delivery, please place your order before 12:00 pm on Tuesday for the closest Thursday or Friday delivery. For Saturday and Sunday deliveries, orders must be placed by 2:00 pm on Thursday.
Need to plan ahead? No problem. You can order up to 180 days in advance, allowing you to schedule your deliveries well in advance and take the hassle out of last-minute planning.
You don't need to be at home when we deliver, but please note that Parcel Force cannot return parcels to the depot. Your order will be delivered either to your house, a safe place, or a neighbor's address for your convenience.
Occasionally, deliveries may take an additional day due to seasonal variations or volume. If you're ordering for a gift or a dinner party, we recommend allowing an extra 24 hours to ensure your order arrives on time.
Your order will be delivered in a specially designed Stay-Chilled insulated box, ensuring that your products remain frozen during transit. An unopened package is rigorously tested to maintain its chill for up to 72 hours, guaranteeing the perfect condition of your meats upon arrival.
Upon receiving your order, it's important to freeze all meat products as soon as possible to maintain freshness and quality.
All orders are delivered by our logistics partner, Parcel Force. The exact delivery charge for the specified day will be automatically calculated and added to the total at the checkout once you input your delivery address and postcode, if applicable.
