STORAGE: All of our meat is delivered frozen ready to place straight into your freezer. Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. Once defrosted the meat can be kept in the fridge and used within 24 hours. Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
